Why does a website need maintenance?
A website is like a shop: it is not enough to fit it out once, it has to be looked after. It needs hosting, a security certificate, regular backups and someone who notices when something breaks – ideally before your clients do.
Our website maintenance is a predictable monthly service. We use modern, globally distributed hosting, so sites are fast and secure and do not need the constant plugin updates of a typical WordPress site. We spend the time saved on improving your site.
Higher plans include a monthly allowance for changes: just tell us when a price changes, you add a service or want to announce an offer, and we take care of it. The monthly report shows how many people visited and where they came from.

Do I need a maintenance plan?
A website needs hosting and regular monitoring to work. The Care plan provides this at the best price, so you do not need to rent hosting separately.
What counts as one hour of changes?
For example updating a few prices or texts, swapping images, adding a new service or placing an offer banner. If a task is bigger, we tell you in advance.
Does the allowance roll over?
Unused time rolls over for one month, so a larger change can use two months’ allowance.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at the end of any month with 30 days’ notice. We then hand over the website and the domain so it can keep running elsewhere.
